The 2025 Penn Relays, presented by Toyota, mark the 129th edition of this historic track and field event. Scheduled from Thursday, April 24 to Saturday, April 26, the meet will take place at Franklin Field on the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia.
The Penn Relays are renowned for bringing together over 15,000 athletes from high schools, colleges, clubs, and professional levels worldwide, including participants from Jamaica, Belize, and New Zealand . The event features a wide array of competitions, from elementary school relays to Masters events for athletes aged 85 and older.
LIVE STREAMING AND TV COVERAGE:
The Penn Relays will be streamed live on FloTrack and the FloSports app. Coverage begins at 9:00 AM (ET) on Thursday and Friday, and at 7:00 AM (ET) on Saturday. Additionally, CBS Sports Network will broadcast the event on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (ET).
Thursday 24 April: Opening day starts at 9:00 AM (ET) with high school boys’ 4x800m heats, middle school 4x100m relays, and various field events. College distance events, including the 10,000m, are scheduled for the evening.
Friday 25 April: Features high school girls’ and boys’ events, as well as college men’s and women’s competitions. Notable races include the High School Boys’ 4x100m Championship of America at 1:50 PM and the High School Boys’ 4x400m Championship of America at 4:00 PM.
Saturday 26 April: The final day begins at 7:00 AM (ET) with events like the High School Girls’ 5K Racewalk. Olympic Development events, featuring elite athletes, are slated for the afternoon, including the Women’s 1500m at 1:33 PM and the Men’s Benjamin Franklin Mile at 1:40 PM.
