Subriel Matias will attempt to make his second successful defence of the IBF junior welterweight championship when he takes Liam Paro On 15 June.
It’ll be a homecoming fight for Puerto Rican Matias, who hasn’t fought in is home country since securing the strap early last year. The 31-year-old was most recently in action in November 2023, when he made his first title defence against Shohjahon Ergashev.
