The 2023 Big South Cross Country Championships are Sunday, Oct. 29 in Salem, Va., at Green Hill Park. The men’s 8K race will begin at 10:30am, followed by the women’s 5K race at 11:30am, with the awards ceremony will take place at 12:30pm.

The top 14 individual finishers of each race will receive All-Conference medals — the top seven will be recognized as First-Team honorees, with the remaining seven earning Second-Team distinction. High Point is seeking its Big South-record seventh consecutive women’s title, while Charleston Southern is the three-time defending men’s champion.
